Free: create your information requirements document in 10 minutes
For live projects where the information documents were written early, copied from another job, produced from a template or tool, or never checked.

Most projects have an information requirements document, a BIM execution plan and a delivery plan. Very few have checked that the three say the same thing, or that the requirements are clear enough to check a delivery against. The gaps show up later, as missed deliverables, arguments at handover, and golden thread information nobody can find.
A short report rating each document green, amber or red, with numbered findings you can act on.
Can it be checked? Which requirements are clear enough to check a delivery against, which are too vague, and suggested rewording.
A prioritised fix list saying who should do what, and by when.
A security triage (ISO 19650-5): whether your building's information could be misused, and the proportionate controls.
A one-hour call with your team to walk through it.
Signed off by a named, certified practitioner you can check on the BRE public register.
Your information requirements (the EIR, called information production requirements in the draft ISO 19650 revision), BIM execution plan, master and task information delivery plans, project information standard, and common data environment set-up. We trace a sample of requirements from the client's document right through to dated tasks and delivered files, because that's where projects usually break.
Day 1: you send the documents and confirm the order. 50% is invoiced.
Weeks 1–2: we review, trace requirements and check a sample of files in your CDE.
Week 3: you get the report, then a one-hour call. The remaining 50% is invoiced on delivery.
Payment is due within 14 days, or on your purchase order terms. You can pay by card.
Once the fixes are in, we can check each information exchange against your requirements for the rest of the project, with a certified sign-off each time. Ask about ongoing checking.
Clients and development managers, project managers, and lead designers or contractors who want an independent view before the next information exchange or before handover.
It's a professional review of the documents you give us, at a date. It isn't an audit, a certification, legal advice or a Building Safety Act compliance opinion.
